Mainly because of a problem with the advance payment we were asked: the owner did not receive the complete sum that we sent (we had of course the proper documentation) and the problem was due to transaction costs of their bank. So we had to pay more than we agreed!!
Furthermore,to be honest,the room is close to the sea but there is no seaview and the
walk from the city center is a bit "climbing".
Anyway the room has a good quality-price ratio (simple but cheap..if they don't ask you something more).
