Fantastic holidays! Spectacular views and beautiful sunsets in Dubrovnik!

Here is our recipe for first-class active vacation to the families with kids: go to Dubrovnik and visit Ivica Roko for a week or two.
As for my family, all of us had enjoyed one week escape from the cold and rainy Finland to the sunny and warm Adriatic Sea, to the beautiful Dubrovnik!
And our holidays were enjoyable because we have chosen: AnnaMaria apartments. Truly, from the top of the lists! The owners have made everything to satisfy their guests! Well done, great job!
Top floor, huge terrace and almost 360 degree view on the mountains, sea and on big ocean liners coming and going from the city port. Apartments are very cozy furnished and decorated with style and will give to their guests’ impression of being at home. You bet, one week vacations will not be enough!!!

Well-located suite - good connection with the Old Town - about 6-7 bus stops. Buses come every 10 minutes. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Access to the beach via promendade with a lot of restaurants. There are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, showers and changing rooms available. The siute is furnished in a modern style, well-equipped. 6 persons can rest comfortably.

Fantastiska Dubrownik

Jag kan med hela mitt hjärta rekomendera detta boende. Värdfamiljen är fantastiskt vänlig. Läget på lägenheten är perfekt med en vacker havsutsikt med puls av både stora lyxfartyg och små privata båtar avnjuter du din frukost på en stor terass tillhörande lägenheten. På kvällen är staden och hamnen upplyst och du kan även då bara njuta av utsikten från din terass. Stränder eller klippor du väljer alldeles i närheten. Gillar du shopping så tar det inte många minuter in till stan.
Speciellt tack till Diana i värdfamiljen vi kände oss verkligen välkomna till din läckra lägenhet och till din fantastiskt vackra stad.

You´ve found the best place to stay!

Together with my family I´ve visited Dubrovnik several times during 20 years, stayed in both hotels and at private accomodations, this is the absolutely best place to stay! Everything is close! You can choose between two beaches, Lapad Bay and Copacabana. The bus stop is close and you´re in Old Town in 10 min. Nearby in Lapad and in Babin Kuk you can have excellent dinner from outdoor barbecue, there are also nice bars and coffeshops. Supermarket and the bakery provides you with what you need for a fabulos breakfast at the large terass with a fantastic wiew where you can see the huge boats comming in to the port of Gruz. We´ve even seen dolphins swimming in the bay! You can take a walk around the penisula to watch the sunset and the sea.
The appartment is spaceious and all you need for a pleasant stay, the owners will make sure of that! They are so nice, they know how to make you feel at home and welcome! We´we recommended this appartment to family, friends and businesscollegues and all ot them are full of delight over the appartment and the surroundings.

Stayed at AnnaMaria apartments a few years ago. Can honestly say that I could not fault accommodation at all. Upon arrival we were greeted by Ivica and his family and made very welcome by all. Apartment was spotless and equipped with all mod cons, two bathrooms, satellite TV, washer/dryer etc. Balcony is spectacular - brilliant size with marvellous views - able to watch the cruise ships dock and depart. Beach, shops, all within walking distance. Old Town of Dubrovnik is 5 mins in a taxi and is a must to see - absolutely beautiful. Would recommend Dubrovnik and this apartment without hesitation.
